over all, the kids enjoyed despite the rain.

rooms we got were spacious. and lots of pools to choose from. staff very courteous.

food a little pricey and not too many kinds in menu.

Big area with lots of pools.

But regardless, the area entirely is really big. Lots of pools. Kiddie pool is what makes us keep coming back because my daughter loves it. We love it for her too because it's safe and fun. The beach is also nice. The rooms are spacious enough. Clean. Just happy about our 2nd stay just like the first time. Good food is served there too. They have playhouse if your kids can't enjoy the pools yet though with extra fees. With free spa, though I didnt try it because im currently pregnant, would have made it more enjoyable for me.

I didnt like the idea that there's not enough shower area near the pools a lot of the people just go to the pools without taking shower first. Hence the pools gets dirty easily.

Old bldg and rooms need improvement and more towels

I like the food, wide variety for bfast buffet compared to other more expensive resorts and serving is also hefty. It's also good that they have different pools to swim on so it doesn't get too crowded.

Checked in late, no toilet papers we had to request, comfort room has broken locks, towels are placed right above the toilet bowl, tv static, no towel card and always no towels available in the pool area, welcome drinks were too basic with glasses that looked like those used in kiddie parties

I was just disappointed because the room that we had our AC is leaking and it really is annoying and untidy to look at.

아이들과 함께 하기에 좋은 리조트

첫 방문 이후 아이들이 좋아해서 재방문했어요. 뭐니 뭐니 해도 수영장이 최고예요. 넓고 다양하거든요. 특히 라군파크를 아이들이 너무 좋아해요. 라군파크에서 팁을 주면 아이들과 놀아주는 삼촌들이 있는데, 그분들 덕분에 따로 시터를 고용하지 않아도 편하게 쉴 수 있어요. 비치도 생각보다 예뻐서 사진이 잘 나오고 카약 체험도 좋아서 여러가지로 추천이에요. 애들이 어린 경우에는 사실 더 고급스러운 리조트도 필요 없고 물놀이가 중요한데 그런 면에서 추천해요. 다음에 또 오게 될 것 같은 느낌이에요. 참, 안에 누보스파라고 있는데 거기 마사지도 나쁘지 않았어요^^

룸은 깨끗하지만 뭔가 살짝 올드한 느낌이 들어요. 조식도 종류는 많지만 사실상 진짜 먹을 건 없다고 느꼈어요. 그리고 숙소 위치가 외져서 리조트 바로 근처에는 할 게 없는데, 그건 툭툭이 타고 나가면 되니까 큰 문제는 안 됐던 것 같아요.

Will not recommend to anyone, never going back!

Different pool choices, good black out curtain, staff were polite and friendly

EXTREMELY NOISY! We stayed for 4 days and without fail, every day at around 3-6am, someone would just let doors bang, or have carts banging a door. Poor communication, policies seem to change from one staff to another so you have to ask multiple times and hope one of them would be the right answer. Got locked out of the room for a dead door lock (door lost battery, it would not show any light when key is tapped) and they almost would not send anyone to check it saying they just need to reprogram the keys again (for the 3rd time).

Overall, our stay was awesome. Pool was clean and the staff was friendly....

The ac was dripping in the middle of our stay. It wasnt inconvenient but it was a let down. You should place more smoking areas aside from the 2 areas tou designated. Need to repaint your door and fix your lights. Some lights are flickering. Just like you are watching a horror film standing in a hall way, the lights are flickering and suddenly vallak is in font or you.

بوكنق تم الحجز مع الافطار ولم يبلغ الفندق ولا يردن الفندق جميل بوكنق لاحد يحجز منه صري يوم كامل مايردون

الفندق جميل العاملين ممتازين المرافق ممتازه بطيئين الدخول والخروج والخدمات ممتازه جداً لكن بوكنق من يخرب مزاجك ديم العوايل انصحكم مع الافطار الوجبات الاخري سيئه

Food is ok. Pool and amenities are good

Broken door lock in the washroom, broken veranda lights. Pool towels arent free. No microwave. The room that i have is for couple but im with a friend so the washrooms were clear glass with shade. Please do change that.

Breakfast offered a great variety. We went around 6:30 to beat the crowds, and the staff were very friendly. The inflatable waterpark was a lot of fun.

Dinner at the Sandy Point(grill) needs significant improvement. We waited an hour and a half for our meal, and to make up for the long wait, they provided each table with a single mango.

Good experience with family.

The pool and friendly staff in reception
